Accent Design was established in 1990 and has grown into a flourishing design studio, producing high quality work for clients, both locally and nationally. We have worked with small businesses and large corporations, across private, public and voluntary sectors, including local names such as Kettle Foods, The Norfolk Police Authority and The Hewett School.

Accent consists of seven dedicated staff forming one strong team that produces high quality work for print and web. Each member is highly qualified and experienced in their field - print management, concept and creative design, artwork production, web and database programming, interface design and IT systems.

Meet The Team

Geoff Somner

Managing Director

Geoff established Accent Design way back in 1990, after completing his degree in Computer Science at UEA. He is an experienced programmer and oversees the day to day running of the business, as well as getting his hands dirty on the systems analysis and interface design of web-based applications.

In the brief moments when Geoff isn’t working or clearing up after his three children, he can be found playing drums with the 30 piece Norwich Samba.

Sally Andrews

Print & Production Manager

With a strong background in advertising and marketing, Sally brings over 20 years experience of print buying, project management and organisation to the team. Often the first point of contact for clients, Sally can guide you through the full service offered by Accent Design.

When Sally isn't talking print projects, she enjoys motorbikes and sci-fi films.

Dave Fuller

Web Manager

Dave manages all aspects of web design and programming, whilst keeping abreast of the latest technologies and techniques. Call Dave to talk about anything web related, just tell him if he gets too technical though.

Tim Donhou

Senior Designer

Tim's experience across print & web of design and production means he can handle jobs of all scales and all sizes. He always likes to see every job go out with the attention to detail and creativity that every job requires.

When not being creative at work, Tim can be found in his garden; landscaping, digging and planting.

Muhil Mayavannan

Programmer

Muhil completed his Masters degree from UEA in Strategic Information Systems and is also a qualified SAP consultant. A self confessed geek when it comes to Linux, but is just starting a new relationship with Apple.

Muhil loves photography and PHP, but you are most likely to find him roaming around with his camera taking snaps of random things or with his laptop; either Facebooking or Googling about Google.

Craig Vincent

Programmer

Craig is a skilled computer programmer with a particular specialism in web technologies, graduating from the UEA in 2006 with a degree in Computer Science. He enjoys problem solving, and has an excellent knowledge of databases and coding which he puts to good use every day at Accent.

Outside of Accent, you'll often still find Craig in front of a computer (much to his fiancée's dismay) as he's constantly looking at new technologies and projects.

Joe Taylor

Designer

Joe graduated from Norwich University College of the Arts in 2007, with a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design. Since then he has worked for both local and national clients, designing for both print and web.

When Joe isn’t in the studio, he is part of The Knightshift Dance Company.
